File size reduced, file properties problem

I have experienced this a while ago and occurs when editing xlsx files with complex/hybrid cell format (say font colours, bold, etc) using both libreoffice calc and excel 2010. The tricky part seems to describe the scenario how to reproduce it when using libreoffice calc.

So attach some screen shots to show some anomalies.

When xlsx file is copied to a usb-memory stick, warning is issued - which may be part of the problem

Property not preserved when copied file - that also occurs for dummy files created using libreoffice calc - when copying the hybrid cell formatted content - as this report is baed on and produced with

Test file
https://www.dropbox.com/s/czejicr93mrybt8/Test-cell-using-different-Font%20colours.xlsx?dl=0

which could be more useful to use as test case since heavily simplified/narrowed

I have also had a problem with that Libreoffice inserts unwanted sheet name prefices in calculations - for example aggregations and relative references (say cell value 0 ref. cell + offset) which suggest som conflict.

example cell A27 value
=Kjøp!A23+1

instead of =A23+1

when using complex expressions - this is highly undesirable and problematic. However, difficult to describe a precise scenario when this occurs (how to reproduce). But still is a problem! As with this reported case.

I see the same colors in LO as in excel. Attach printscreen what do you see.
