I was editing an array formula in the attached spreadsheet: I had not attempted to save the formula.

The bug is reproducible: the ext I entered was:

=PRODUCT(Y2:AC2,VALUE(MID(BASE(ROW(

it then crased

Am unable to reproduce the crash using Ubuntu 18.04, the example file and the example formula in 6.1.0.3 or 6.1.1
So, perhaps a Windows only issue indeed.

I can't reproduce on Win10x64 6.0.6

Tested Menu/Help/Restart on safe mode?

I have rebooted and can no longer reproduce the bug.
