Was asked for. My info is off. Ya, I have a lot on there!

Hope that helps. It is big, I like everything in one file. A lot of simple formulas, many hidden files. No password, just unlock. After upgrading to 6.1.0.3 I did not do anything to macros except added words in a msgbox, nor do I recall doing much to formulas. Thanks and Good luck. I am new here, so please let me know if I did it right, if ya got this file OK.

Oh, I'm sure you know, but, the "not responding" show up at the top, by the file name, but only for a few seconds.

Not sure if you got my file or comments. But. Got to thinking, had a backup copy. Worked great in 6.1.0.3! So I copied sheet to it, saved, was ok, 6th. time it showed "not responding"! Started at I think, 1600KB, but for sure at 2408KB is when it said "not responding". Hope that helps. And hope your seeing this???

I can't reproduce it in

Version: 6.2.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: e78a6c4231cfb33643b45442b786e1e31b2781a8
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;
Locale: ca-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); Calc: threaded

To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and
re-test?

My 2,489KB size file, in safe mode did not show “not responding” while saving, run good.
But, while in normal mode, the same file 2,489KB size, showed “not responding” while saving, almost every time. So, I took out 8 sheets making it a 1,214KB size file, it has not stated “not responding” yet, after many savings, and knowing how and when it would say “not responding”, I could not get to say it, again, now runs good.
The sheets I took out, I moved to a new file, (it took a full minute to move to new file!!), it’s size is 1,322KB, it also run good, does not state “not responding”, runs good!
My fix is to make the large file into 2. I am ok with that, I just thought you would like to know. Cause if it’s an easy fix for you to do, I believed you would like to know.
Again, thanks, for such a great product. I do give $ (not much) when my alarm goes of yearly, January.

Is OpenGL enabled? Does it work if you disable OpenGl ? -> https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/OpenGL
