Description:
I formatted a range of cells as Number, then tried to increase the number of decimal places from 1 to 2. Only the first cell in the range selected changes. If I select an individual cell in the range, the number format button becomes deselected. If I click the number format button to select it, then click the button to increase the number of deciaml places, the number format button becomes desselected, and the number of decimal places remains at 1.

I cannot reproduce with 6.1.0.3, windows. Buttons works on the toolbar and in the sidebar. Please attach test file and step by step instructions how to reproduce the bug. Thanks
