On Win7 64, with LO 6.1.0.3 64 bits, I could open the file without crashing.

At which moment does it crash? At opening or after some steps?

Could you give a try to https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps?

Surprisingly stable: memory usage is exceeding the 1,2 GB mark on file open. Not something desirable on a X86 build

Anyway, I can get it to crash...
1. Open the file
2. Open it a second time (read error will popup)
3. Close the documents (back to start center)
4. Open the file again (OSL:THREAD)

So repro with
Version: 6.2.0.0.alpha0+

TinderBox: Win-x86@42, Branch:master, Time: 2018-10-02_01:05:50
Locale: nl-NL (nl_NL); Calc: CL

Not sure what the expect, here.. NAB?
