It has been pushed to "master": https://git.libreoffice.org/core/commit/299c9f1808c802e3a7a9e5fda1a6f9efa4207c52 tdf#119891 Scanner dialog has no Help button It will be available in 7.3.0. The patch should be included in the daily builds available at https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours.
