Program crash when editing the axis extents (min, max) on the Y axis (and I think also the X axis) on an X-Y plot. 1. Select the Y axis 2. Right click and select "Format axis" (sometimes program hangs here...) 3. Edit the min and/or max range 4. Close dialog 5. Crash
I can't reproduce it in Version: 6.2.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 846675d6c0ff6838526f97961e95eca945c60eeb CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3; Locale: ca-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); Calc: group threaded Do you reproduce it with a specific document or with any chart ? Could you please attach the problematic document if you reproduce it just with 1 document ?
Created attachment 144944 [details] Very simple spreadsheet with three plots I reconfirmed the crash right before I attached the document.
Created attachment 144945 [details] Simpler new document to reproduce the crash
Now I can't even open the "Format Axis..." dialog from the right click menu. Crashes immediately.
To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
Renamed %APPDATA%\libreoffice\4\user to \user-old and reran test. 1. Imported data from a CSV 2. Created an X-Y plot from two columns of ~25 numbers each 3. Selected the Y-axis. 4. Selected "Format Axis.." context menu item 5. A second or two of delay then program crash
Could you please paste the info from Help - about LibreOffice ?
Here is the information from the the About box. Version: 6.1.1.2 (x64) Build ID: 5d19a1bfa650b796764388cd8b33a5af1f5baa1b CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 6.1; UI render: default; Locale: en-US (en_US); Calc: group threaded I've reproduced the bug on the original document. Then I created a second document from scratch (fresh Calc instance, data imported from CSV) which is the second "Simpler new document" that is attached to the bug report. I just reproduced it again by typing in two columns of 10 numbers, created an XY (Scatter) plot, selected the Y-axis, selected "Format axis..", then crash.
