procedure and other details

I have created a sample file to reflect the issue encountered. 

Calc was unable to update all the values on my summary file even if I have pressed F9.

your attached *.zip is empty, it's only 22 bytes ...

have you tried to use a hard recalc with "(Ctrl)+(Shift)+F9"  *)
to update the files ?
