Description: I'm using Libreoffice Version: 6.1.0.3 (x64) Build ID: efb621ed25068d70781dc026f7e9c5187a4decd1 Running on Windows 10 Pro V1803. I just bought an Epson XP 15000 printer. Other printing jobs work fine, but when I print a 12"x12" image on 13x19 paper (in writer), it instead prints an 8+ inch section of the image, perfectly centered on the paper. All of the Epson settings seem correct - in the printer preferences, document size is set to 13x19. I can't find any settings either in Epson's properties or in Libreoffice that is causing this. Libre's page format is set to 13x19, with .25" margins all around. When I export the image as pdf, it prints perfectly. If I HAVE to, I can do that, but I'd prefer to print straight from libreoffice. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open blank writer page 2. Format page to 13x19, with .25" margins all around 3. Insert 12x12 jpeg 4. Click print (xp-15000 is default printer) 5. Open printer properties, set: document size to 13x19, Paper source to Rear Paper Feed, Paper type to Premium Presentation Paper Matte, Quality to High 6. Please use File > Print and go to "Options" tab of the printing dialog. Check the option "Use only paper size from printer preferences". Go back to tab "General" and click on "Properties". Set the actual paper size at your printer. Then back have a look at the preview. Does it show the actual paper size?
That works, thank you. Is there a place to make that the default setting? I've looked under file>Printer Settings, but that only gives the option of "Paper TRAY from printer settings" Thank you so much!
I don't know a place to make "on" the preference. Please have a look at bug 94343, whether it covers your wishes. If not, please write a new an enhancement request. I will close this issue as "worksforme".
