If I folow your steps I go to the page:

https://ask.libreoffice.org/ro/questions/

Because it is my language localisation, so it is correct for Romania.

Hi,

I have not well understood what you mean by :
<<Could you please paste the info from Help - about LibreOffice ?>>

About the answer for "romania" and the "help" language, I think that is linked to but opens on another problem.

There is no reason that if I am currently in France and my parameters defines a french keyboard I have to be redirected to the corresponding "help". There are several reasons :
- I can be interested in reading help in English (or another language) while I am French, particularly if I participate to "help" development (for my own I can read and translate French, English, Spanish, Italian and not lost in German or Deutsche contents and use efficiently Google translation - able to check validity in a context)
- for forum or debug there are problem that can be specifically linked to a language or others must be treated in English.

The solution is to define a "context language" which can be by default the "interface language" with a proposal to automatic or manual switch.

I agree with Bernard on "The solution is to define a "context language" which can be by default the "interface language" with a proposal to automatic or manual switch."

For example in romanian language there are not so many answers to problems. So knowing english I could use an option to change to english language where more answers are available.

This option doesn't exist.
