Open Writer, go to the 'Insert' menu and click at 'Table of Contents and Index': You see the sub-menu with 3 items: * Index Entry... * Bibliography Entry... * Table of Contents, Index or Bibliography... I suggest to move the third item to the top position because I assume that ToC is the most used feature here compared with the other two items. I see no benefit in the additional way to go through the menu.

Andreas, can you rearrange the sub-menu to show the third item on the first position? Seems to be an easy work for you.
