Description:
Start Libre Office; hold Ctrl and type O to open a file -> nothing happens. After once pressing the alt-key it works

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start libre office
2. hold ctrl
3. type the letter O
4. the 'open file dialog' does not show up

Actual Results:
4. the 'open file dialog' does not show up

Expected Results:
4. the 'open file dialog' should show up


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

after once pressing 'alt' key it is ok

Can not reproduce on Windows 10 Ent 64-bit en-US with
Version: 6.1.1.2 (x64)
Build ID: 5d19a1bfa650b796764388cd8b33a5af1f5baa1b
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: GL; 
Locale: en-US (en_US); Calc: CL

nor on current master/6.2.0 builds

My OS is Windows 7 Pro 32bit
I startet LibreOffice with "C:\Program Files\LibreOffice 5\"

I cannot reproduce this using 6.1 (current version) nor the previous version 6.0
My environment is Ubuntu (unix)

I also tried LO 5.3.7.2 on an XP system - it works there as well.

Peter: please try with LibreOffice 6.1.x

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.

tested with Libre Office 6.1.2. Problem went away for me.
