Anreas and Rizal, may be you have any opinion about this?
Daniel's Windows has messed up the mime type icons. Andreas and rizmut cannot help. Daniel: have the icons always been like this or did they change at some point? Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling LibreOffice. Otherwise: shift-right-click an rtf file in Win explorer, Open with - Choose another app - LibreOffice Writer, Always use this app.
I have been resetting my Windows 10 PC a month ago and also re-installing LibreOffice. And now, the rtf icon is now corrected after made the document and save in Wordpad. So I declare that this bug problem is resolved not a bug.
