Description:
Crash in: VirtualDevice::~VirtualDevice when exporting to PPT

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 135077 [details] (preferably in safe-mode; it only crashes the first time in normal mode)
2. Save-As - PPT
3. Save as Microsoft file
4. Wait -> Crash

Actual Results:
Crash

Expected Results:
No Crash


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Can't seems to crash it on ubuntu, even when using safe mode.
Strangely enough there's no crashreport generated on windows.
