Description:
Is there a way to disable two app focus events on document opening? It's very annoyed.I use 3 monitors, and i open document, next i do something on another desktop, but that double focus take out my ability write some text or do something else on another window.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any document with "writer" app.
2. Try set focus on some another window, while document opening in process.
3.

Actual Results:
When open any documents with "writer" app. (It may be with any other app, but not tested).

Expected Results:
"writer" app sets focus on self.
