Example document

I made a rather bizarre observation when further looking into #120627 (which may be related).

To reproduce:

- Open the attached document (which is an extract from a large document)

- Select a field in the table

- Open the context menu and press Delete->Rows

The format of most of the cells changes to "centered". Even "Undo" does not restore the correct format. 

I was not able to reproduce this with a newly created document so it seems this is an error in the document itself. But IMHO this is a LO-bug even if this is caused by a format-bug in the document (but cannot judge on this).

Current git master shows the same behavior.

If you can confirm a bug, you are also allowed to change the status to NEW

Still present in 7.0.3.1. This makes tables in writer unusable since more than two years.

This table has IKR Style 1, see in Table Styles. 
I think that all those bugs are now in bug 126008, after bug 115573 was closed.
