Description:
In Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw 

It does not matter which printer I use.
Under 'Print' - the 'Properties' are Gray'ed Out. This is where I go to print
2-sided etc.

Printing is normal and does work under WordPad, Notepad, Firefox etc.

Version: 6.1.2.1 (x64)

CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default; 
Locale: en-US (en_US); Calc: group threaded
I deleted LibreOffice, downloaded and reinstalled but to no avail.

Steps to Reproduce:

2.Print
3. "Properties" Grayed-out

Actual Results:
1.File
2.Print
3. "Properties" Grayed-out

Expected Results:
I cannot configure the printer to print 2-sided, gray scale etc


Reproducible: Always

I can not reproduce, but maybe can help to re-enable button Properties: 
click "options" tab, check "Use only paper size from printer preferences".

Please search for "Brother", you can see a number of print bugs. 
But Bug 86983 seems not to confirm this.

No repro at 6.1.2 and Version: 6.2.0.0.alpha0+

Brother International is pro ported to be a leader in Customer Service for the past 5+ years. I for one dispute their claim. The have the worst customer service I have ever come across.  Never will I but another of their products.  

The errors that I had described were clearly Brother driver errors. Their cleanup tools and installation (7 times) never worked.

Please thank everyone for their assistance and CLOSE this ticket.
