When Navigator is undocked, focus is in the undocked window, but the window is not active so it causes focus lock.

Steps to reproduce in Writer or Calc:

1) Open Navigator Menu > View > Navigator or F5
2) Dock it shift+ctrl+F10
3) Undock it shift+ctrl+F10

results: Focus is locked in inactive undocked Navigator window

4) click on Navigator window title bar to activate focused content.

Reproduce in:
versions 6.0.3.2 and later

Not reproduce in:
Version 5.1.6.2

I want to try bibisecting this but am having trouble setting up to do it. Cloning keeps failing after about 50% with 'The remote end hung up unexpectedly'. If any bibisect guru has time to do this it will be much appreciated :-)
