Description:
In some described conditions hover effect of buttons couldn't be vanished even if mouse is no longer over the button.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an LibreOffice app
2. Place a toolbar to the left edge of the application window.
3. Slide mouse cursor over the buttons.

Actual Results:
Hover effect is still displayed on some icons even if mouse cursor is no longer over the button.

Expected Results:
Hover effect should be disappeared. 


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

Case 2:
If you move a toolbar a bit to right(via dragging from beginning of toolbar), same issue appears.
