MacOS: hovering over formatting toolbar highlights items slightly whitish and standard toolbar blueish

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Hoover over the toolbars. Formatting toolbar whitish/standard toolbar blueish

Actual Results:
Whitish

Expected Results:
Blueish


Reproducible: Always
