LibreOffice installer install OpenSymbol font in OS. Why don't you have it in your OS? Did you delete it yourself?

As Roman said, you need to have the OpenSymbol font. If you’ve deleted it accidentally, you can find it here: https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/plain/extras/source/truetype/symbol/opens___.ttf?id=b8283bc46bab7f8bccabaf0d0b2881a5e6a7722e

Reinstalling LibreOffice or updating it to a newer version will also restore the file.
