I was sent to this page by a link on a page where I was trying to find ways to add the Armenian to the language teams localizing LO (because LO hasn't yet been translated into Armenian and I started doing it just yesterday evening). So, to be frank, I myself didn't understand why I was required to make this report on Bugzilla. I did it just in case it was necessary. If you think this report is redundant, please close or remove it.
