Description Drew Jensen 2018-11-14 14:48:15 UTC
Platform used LibreOffice Online (LO 6.1) at TDF/NC server

Steps to reproduce.

1 - Open any Writer document.
2 - Place the cursor in any word in the document.
3 - Open a Styles Dialog (Format -> Paragraph for example)
4 - The dialog shows a number of key accelerators (underlined characters)
5 - Try to open the online help by entering CTRL-H (the H is underlined on help button)

Actual behavior:
The Find & Replace dialog is opened.

Expected behavior:
The online help for the Styles Dialog is opened in a separate browser tab.

Most of the accelerator keys on dialog boxes do nothing when entered at the keyboard, but some do things like save the current document explicitly, etc.

That's an interesting issue, in desktop LO Alt is used as a modifier for the accelerator keys, is there an established reason why Ctrl is expected to work in combination with the accelerators here? Fair enough, Alt won't work, because those combinations trigger shortcuts in the browser window.
