Description:
running dpkg fails for ...en-gb-help

Has been doing so for some weeks.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download packages
2. Extract and run dpkg
3. 

Actual Results:
Errors:

Rene: thought you might be interested in this one since it concerns .deb package

AFAIK, I don't have any problem with Debian testing updated today but indeed I don't think I use this package since I use French UI so I suppose French help package.

Could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ ?
You can install it alongside the standard version.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the master build
