(In reply to Julien Nabet from comment #2) > 5.4 branch is EOL. > > Could you give a try with last stable LO version 6.1.3? Hello Julien, I have installed LO 6.1.3.2 on 2 different computers using Win10. I must confirm the bug. Crop scale is changed according to Pit Zaclades' attached table. The error also occurs with other files, everytime when pictures are croped in LO-Writer. I am teacher, and it is not possible to give my documents to a co-worker, because if pictures are cropped, the scale is not fixed.
Set to NEW because of comment 7
Erwin: version must correspond to the earliest one. I reverted back LO version.
I have the same problems and I made some experiences with my cropped picture files that were created in Libreoffice. - If these files get opened with Apache Openoffice 4.1.5 it works. Apache does not loose or change crop scale. - If you open these odt files in MS-Word it also works. Only libreoffice does not support it's own croped scale files. So maybe the files, that get saved by libreoffice are OK, but the way that libreoffice reads the crop scale (even of its own files) differs. To make the problem easier to see I uploaded a file with screenshots, because the error does only appear at differnt computers.

Dear Pit Zaclade, To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today, LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed bugs which have not been touched for over a year. There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present. If you have time, please do the following: Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/ If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. Please DO NOT Update the version field Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker) Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not appropriate in this case) If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a REGRESSION. To do so: 1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/ 2. Test your bug 3. Leave a comment with your results. 4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo'; 4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword Feel free to come ask questions or to say hello in our QA chat: https://web.libera.chat/?settings=#libreoffice-qa Thank you for helping us make LibreOffice even better for everyone! Warm Regards, QA Team MassPing-UntouchedBug
I have refines the testfile with the position of the three croped files. I have now proved this testfile on LO version 7.4.4.2 (x64) on 2 different computers (an Acer and a Lenovo notebook) with the same win 7. The problem is solved now!

Thank you for the feedback! Since there's no specific fix, let's rather put WFM.
This test file have mailed to my wife. She has LO version 7.3.6.2 (x64). But the left and the right cropped picture is not correct! Therefore I am feeling that in the LO 7.4.4.2 all is correct! Julian, your "let's rather put WFM" I have not understand because my English is pure, I am (East) German. What is WFM ?
