OpenGL is not on. I guess the bug report form should be adjusted, so that there are three options: OpenGL is on, off or not checked.

Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
I get the same result as Durgapriyanka with 6.0 vs. 6.1 (Win). I think we can safely close this as we were able to repro in an older version.
