It contains a shape which uses the identifiers vc and hc in its geometry and a simple rectangle to indicate the size of the shape. The red rectangle is rendered correctly, but the shape is totally wrong. The second slide contains a screenshot how it looks in PowerPoint 365. Sorry, forgot to double check. If the example shape is copied to Word, saved as docx and opened in Writer, the same problem happens. Only a diagonal blue line is visible instead of a yellow triangle.
