Form preview in a database
Open the attached screenshot.
On the right of the chosen form is set "Document" for the preview of the form.
Seems all the content is there in this preview, but it is shown very confused, one part over the other.
Also the preview is very small. Tried to get a smaller screenshot but then the content of "Document" is too small to recognize differences there.

A way to solve this problem:
After creating a form a thumbnail of the form will be created also. I could see this in the temporary folder and in "Recent Documents". In a "normal" Writer file this thumbnail will be saved inside the separate folder "Thumbnail" in the *.odt-file.
Having a form inside a database there wouldn't be created such a folder and the thumbnail won't be saved.
Let us save this thumbnail like it is done in Writer documents and show it in form preview. So there mustn't be created a "new little form" for the preview.

Robert's suggestion to use the Writer thumbnail creation method is a reasonable one IMHO.
