Description:
The main window immediately hangs and either closes or I have to close through the task manager.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open main window LibreOffice (Start application) - on Russian language
2. Go to Service - Options - Language Settings 
3. Click to the label - Languages

Actual Results:
The main window immediately hangs.

Expected Results:
Display language settings


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes
