Description:
When the attached spreadsheet is opened in LO conditional formatting uses COUNTIF formula instead of the repeating values mode.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached spreadsheet in LO and MSO.
2. Go to the conditional formatting manager on both
3. Check the formula of both.

Actual Results:
Actual results: MSO has the repeating values mode and LO has a formula instead of it.

Expected Results:
Expected results: It should stay as the repeating values even in LO.


Reproducible: Always
