Description:
See screenshot. I have encountered this bug as soon as I upgrade to the said version.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached ODT file.


Actual Results:
See screenshot.

Expected Results:
N/A


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
I'm not sure if opening the file in another computer will actually reproduce the problem, but that is very likely because I have tried to open these files in two different computers. If yes then the bug is likely deterministic. 

If a file isn't affected by this bug, then it also doesn't affect my other computer.

I've already tried disabling OpenGL. That didn't resolve the issue.
