Description: I just downloaded and installed the new version of LibreOffice 6.1.3.2(x64) and the first Writer document (.ODT) I opened had the height of the Horizontal Ruler about 1.75" high. I opened several other document. I tried deleting part of the text (in a copy) of the offending document and was able to get the Horizontal Ruler to return to normal size. In the process, I deleted part of the text and got the Vertical ruler to expand to abnormal size. New Writer documents and most opened with the other ODT files I opened all opened with the Horizontal Ruler about 1/4" high as expected, but I did get other documents that opened with the Horizontal Ruler other sizes. Most of the documents were written or edited in version LibreOffice or OpenOffice. None of the .docx files I opened had this issue. I tried to save the file with the issue using LibreOffice 6.1.3.2 and when I opened that new file, it also had the issue. Further, using the "View/Rulers/Rulers" menu command to turn the Rulers on and off made it vanish, then show up again, with the same incorrect width. Using the "View/Zoom/Full Page, Page Width, Optimal, etc. menu commands all had no effect on the Horizontal Ruler Height. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open the effected .ODT files 2. 3. Actual Results: 1.75" high Horizontal Ruler Expected Results: 1/4" high Horizontal Ruler Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: Version: 6.1.3.2 (x64) Build ID: 86daf60bf00efa86ad547e59e09d6bb77c699acb CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default; Locale: en-US (en_US); Calc: group threaded Intel Core I5 CPU M430 @ 2.27 GHz.
