Properties Total editing time and Revision number aren't reset once document is reopened.

To reproduce:
1. Open a Libreoffice document, select File | Properties... | General tab, click Reset properties, click OK. As a result, states related to Total editing time and Revision number are the ones illustrated in Libreoffice_v.6.1.2.1_Properties_General_1.png

2. Close application without making changes and save.

3. Reopen the same document, then check status in that same General tab. As a result state is the one illustrated in Libreoffice_v.6.1.2.1_Properties_General_2.png

Expected: in step 3, states related to Total editing time and Revision number to be the ones illustrated in Libreoffice_v.6.1.2.1_Properties_General_1.png.

Hello,
That's the expected behaviour. As the label implies, it's the ''total'' editing time.
