Description: The Italian translations are longer than the English ones and the Insert tab displays an empty group with a dropdown list. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set the Italian locale 2. Use the tabbed UI 3. Navigate the Insert menu. Actual Results: there is a group without icons and text with only a dropdown menu visible. Expected Results: An icon or a text should be displayed there for clarifying what can be inserted from there. it isn't a bug. If you click on right arrow then will open additional bar with some icons but, UX-team, citate from Marina: "with the localized UI the experience is not really "exciting". in general you don't know what is hidden in that group until you click on the dropdown menu"
sorry but have labels is a design decision. I prefer to have short groups so that the empty space is not to big, but separate groups only cause this empty space is also not a good decision. MSO did it that way that when the window shrink labels were removed, but than the UI jump around all the time (which is not what we want). So the final solution (for now) is to have the same shrinking mechanism than for the standard toolbar. I suggest to have the arrow the same style than in the standard toolbar see BUG 116629. -> wfm
