Description Dandy66 2018-12-24 14:53:39 UTC
Description:
Even if xml appear to be obsolete in Base is needed xml support
so :
1. for input xml parser, xml tables, xml with child tables => odb files
2. for output, from odb => xml using no xsd, xml using defined xsd, xlm generation, xml report ...

Is strange to not have support because .odb bases appear to be ziped xml ...

Actual Results:
no support

Expected Results:
Even if xml appear to be obsolete in Base is needed xml support
so :
1. for input xml parser, xml tables, xml with child tables => odb files
2. for output, from odb => xml using no xsd, xml using defined xsd, xlm generation, xml report ...

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
A lot of State organisations are using declarations based on adobe reader forms + xml generation, parsers should also look for correct page code

You know you could create XML Form Documents with LO?
Have created a description for this. Includes using xml forms together with a Base database - but at this moment only with macros.
See
https://de.libreoffice.org/get-help/documentation/ > "Kurzanleitungen" > "XML-Formulardokumente ..."
for a German description and examples for different forms.

Could confirm there is no direct way (without macros) to work with xml in Base.
