Please clarify with verifiable claims. What is your LO version? What was your previous version? Do you use standard black border color? Please attach screenshots to compare and screenshots of your borer settings.

That is the change in icon themes for Windows builds to use Windows specific color theme in Colibre rather than legacy Tango icon theme. IMHO line weight for the cell border icons of the new icon theme, while lighter than with the Tango theme, is correct relative to the rest of the Colibre theme. There is no design issue, as grid is readable at Small, Large and Extra Large size--and matches weight of Breeze. Implementation of SVG based icon theme(s) seems also on track. As users preferring heavier line weights of previous themes can still choose to use them (selection Tools -> Options -> View: User Interface -- Icon Style), the essence of "by design" and =>WF
Following Stuart's comment I resolve the ticket. Stephanie, if you don't like the Colibre icons you can change it per Tools > Options > View: Icon Style back to Tango or any other.
