Description: Regarding an edited style, under Organizer tab, while AutoUpdate property is checked, it is not applied to new style created using method's steps 'New Style from Selection', 'New Style...'. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a new ODT document, show Sidebar (Ctrl F5), click Styles, select Applied Styles; 2. Select style Default Style, right-click Modify...; 3. Under Organizer tab, check AutoUpdate. Under Indents & Spacing tab, click once '+' mark located on level 'above paragraph'. Click OK; 4. Select Default Style, click icon matching tool-tip 'New Style from Selection', select New Style..., name it 'Default Style_2'; 5. Select Default Style_2, right-click Modify.... Inspect information related to AutoUpdate and value related to that 'above paragraph'. Click Cancel; 6. Select Default Style_2, click icon matching tool-tip 'New Style from Selection', select Update Style. Actual Results: 5. – Changes made at step 3. are applied except the one regarding AutoUpdate. 6. – Still no effect regarding AutoUpdate. Expected Results: 5. – Changes made at step 3. to be applied globally without eventually requiring extra step – here 6. –. Thank you for reporting the bug. it seems you're using an old version of LibreOffice. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
