Inner table border lines crossing the outer border depending on zoom level

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Zoom in/out 
3. Slight mismatches where lines connect (use the magnifier tool to make it more prominent)

Actual Results:
Mismatches

Expected Results:
Proper alignment

I disabled the anti-aliasing for the bibisect, the overshoot got hidden by the fat border (see bug 121026)
