I can confirm (same here), although I have no idea why is this happening because LibO Calc .desktop file contains 'application/vnd.ms-excel.sheet.macroEnabled.12' mimetype (the mimetype associated with .xlsm extension) and thus it should show up in Dolphin's context menu ... It is entirely possible that this is NOTOURBUG
