Description:
Format Cell can't be accessed when selecting 2 cells and right click on a cell with underlined misspelled words

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select A1 & B1
3. Right click B1 -> No context menu

Actual Results:
No context menu

Expected Results:
Context menu


Reproducible: Always

There is not attached file.

I think you can do if right-click is in the top-left of the cell.

I guess you meant A7 and B7. Anyway, this has been deemed NOTABUG before.
