Bullets and numbering are no longer working properly as they did in the earlier version.

I have attached a screen shot to illustrate the problem.  I would have added the document in an effort to be helpful but unfortunately it appears that only one attachment is catered for.

Note that the "a." of sub-para a is supposed to be at 1cm.  It is not. it is at 0 cm.  The sub-para is supposed to start at 2cm and be indented at 2cm.  It starts at 2cm but does not indent.
