Description:
Dragging a textbox around is utilizing one core. A small slowdown (sluggishness) will be noticeable with a fill background

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Drag the textbox around and monitor CPU usage

Actual Results:
25% utilization of one core

Expected Results:
A bit more efficient

I would also like to note that in the newer version, the sluggishness is very noticeable the first time you open LibreOffice, and any time after it's been opened the sluggishness goes away, with much less CPU and ram usage, however it is still very noticeable.
