On windows 10 Pro 1803 with nVidia GT750 GPU, and Windows 10 Home 1809 with Intel HD 620 GPU

toggling from OpenGL to Default CPU or HA with recent master breaks many UI elements. Writer document canvas renders gray. Calc sheet grid is empty. Many menus are highlighted in Blue

Rendering seems OK with OpenGL enabled.

current master x86 (TB39) and 64bit (TB42) builds

Confirmed with a fresh master daily build (41ae69e330857a3bb983f20c4096be125c4139e9) / Windows 7, default rendering.

I didn't understand what HA's supposed to stand for, but then I realized it's the hardware acceleration option.

Bibisected to the following commit using repo bibisect-win32-6.3. Same as for bug 122851. Adding Cc: to Dmitriy Shilin, please take a look as soon as possible.
