1.   when I'm typing in writer the cursor is not on the line but jump forward and doesn't follow the text I'm typing;

2. When a character in a word is selected to be capitalized with [maiusc+F3] all the word, and sometime the paragraph, is changed... impossible to manage (it's a mess);

It's not clear for which version of LibreOffice or OS you are reporting this bug. 
Could you please inform us on the version and try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice
from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
