Description:
When opening certain files a huge ruler appears. These files were shown with a normal ruler in v.6.0.x
OpenCL does not matter.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open certain file (see attachment)


Actual Results:
A huge ruler is shown

Expected Results:
a normal sized ruler


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes

this issue should be fixed in LO 6.1.4.2, not reproducible with LO 6.1.5.1
