This bug was filed from the crash reporting server and is br-94e43712-d976-4b23-aa1a-ea64ef2f8327.
I tried (novice, first attempt!) to add a new library to My Macros. My Macros was selected. I pressed new. I entered a name and then it happened...

related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present

 tried to reproduce the crash - however LO performed as desired :-)
My (todays) Version: (x64)
Build ID: 2412653d852ce75f65fbfa83fb7e7b669a126d64

I set state Resolved - works for me
