Description:
The initial opening of the Format Cell dialog has a delay of 3 seconds compared to 1,5/2 seconds in previous versions. Reopening behaves as expected

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Close all active instances of LibreOffice
2. Launch Calc
3. Press CTRL+1 -> wait 3 seconds before dialog appears

Actual Results:
3 seconds waiting time

Expected Results:
+/- 2 seconds


Reproducible: Always

I cannot reproduce the bug. I does open the dialog box less than 1 sec.

It does open less than 1 sec.

No repro on Win and Linux. Please update your build and try again.
