Description:
When change tracking is turned on in an xlsx and some cells are moved by dragging theese changes are tracked in Excel but not in Calc.

Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Create a new xlsx.
    2. Turn on change tracking.
    3. Move some cells by dragging them.
    4. Save and open in Calc.

Actual Results:
The moved cells are not showing up as changes.

Expected Results:
They should show up as changes just like in Excel.


Reproducible: Always

Already in 4.4. The feature was not supported in older ones I tested.
