Created attachment 149230 [details] Impress presentation with inserted video crashing at slide show time under Linux
As requested, please find attached a trimmed down example of Impress presentation which crashes when trying to play the inserted video at slide show time. Actually you do not need it to reproduce the bug. Just creating a new blank presentation and inserting a video (.mp4) in it triggers the crash. ATTENTION: this bug exists only under the Linux Lubuntu (release 18.04) OS. It works as expected under windows 10 Many thanks beforehand for you help. Jacques

Hereafter the pasted info: Version: 6.2.0.3 Build ID: 98c6a8a1c6c7b144ce3cc729e34964b47ce25d62 Threads CPU : 2; OS : Linux 4.15; UI Render : par défaut; VCL: gtk3; Locale : fr-FR (fr_FR.UTF-8); Langue IHM : fr-FR Calc: threaded
One additional clue: I uninstalled all LO software which has been installed with the .deb files proposed on the LO Download page. I reinstalled LO, but **via snap** this time. The problem disappears. Only remaining issue is that the video plays, but the sound only. Display stays on the first image of the video. Maybe opening a separate bug for this one ? Many thanks beforehand for your help. Jacques
