Sorry, I'm not an expert but wanted to tell u that yesterday I had problems 'cos the Draw files are not compatible with microsoft office and this caused difficulties to my collegues wih whom I was sharing the file and stopped our common work. Please, try to solve :-)

Microsoft Office has no module that is comparable to Draw. That is a missing feature of Microsoft. So LibreOffice cannot do anything about it. If you cannot convince your colleagues to use LibreOffice, then you need to make your drawings in Impress. [In case you need help to convert Draw documents into Impress documents you may sent me a mail and I'll explain it.]
